Photography is my tool to see the beauty of the world. There is so much beauty out there, and often we just walk by and don't see it. So do I. But when I have my camera with me, when I'm really looking then I fall into a different mode and see tons of beautiful details. Sometimes the ugly catches my eye. And I realize that even distorted, ugly things have a beautiful side. Maybe "beautiful" is not the right word, maybe things are appealing, fascinating, striking or just wonderful. Whatever it is: if somebody stops while looking at my pictures and is touched by what I capture with my camera, then it makes me happy.
